Project 52 – Week 5

Last week was a rough week. My wonderful grandfather whom we call Papap passed away. He had many health problems and was a fighter through most of them. So we headed to Indy for his funeral. It was nice seeing all of my relatives despite the reason we were there. We told lots of stories of Papap and even laughed but of course there was lots of crying too. We will miss you Papap.. our cranky grandpa that we loved! We left the funeral with lots of plants and flowers sent by friends and family. One of them gave us a Peace Lily plant which my sister claimed. But it’s so beautiful that I had to get a photo of it with my new Canon 100 mm Macro 2.8 lens.
